Nice synopsis. It's unfortunate I won't be able to attend the conference, since this sounds like it might be relevant to my work at Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology. Our residents all have to do projects to be delivered near the end of the academic year and they often collaborate on them with the faculty and staff researchers. I've often thought MediaWiki would be an excellent tool in higher education. I think I'll bookmark this page and come back to it after Wikimania.
