Systemic bias
Systemic bias in Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects has been a point of contention for a long time. The Systemic Bias WikiProject on the english Wikipedia has been one of the more actively-discussed wikiprojects; and many papers (though few making an effort to truly measure such a problem).
