Proceedings

Hey Laurence. Thanks for uploading the text of your paper. Just to note that I've reset the edit status from 'Done' (where you had set it) to 'Editing': the edit statuses have clearly defined meanings (see Proceedings:Guidelines for contributors) and your text needs to briefly work its way through the editing process yet. Also, I've nixed the PDF you'd uploaded (though thanks for trying to be helpful!): we'll be producing PDFs of each paper in a clear house style as part of the editing process with a view to future print publication, so we've tried to discourage people from uploading their own. --Nick Boalch 22:34, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've also uploaded a smaller (size-wize) version of the slides PDF. Hopefully that'll help those still on modems, and it also seems to scroll better in the browser (perhaps the text is done as text rather than images or something - I don't know enough about PDF to say, but it is one third the size).
