Mania indeed!

Wikiversity what now?

I think much of the world is just coming to terms with the assault on the English language perpetrated by "Wikipedia". Wikibooks (etc.) is a somewhat palatable compound. But this proliferation of wiki-this and wiki-that is really starting to make the (meta-?)project look juvenile.

Is there some effort to unify these projects by means other than toy-sounding made-up names?

You don't like the names. Is there something more substantial you want to say? --Singkong2005 (participating online) 23:27, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

IRC channels

Will all IRC chat be organized out of the #Wikimania channel? --JWSchmidt 13:26, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You can easy find it by http://chat.wikizine.org Please let me know it more channels need to be added to the pull-down list or if there is something. Please link to it from where you think it is useful. I have made it to provide an easy way for the visitors to get online.
